  • Maintain roofs, windows, doors, floors, steps, porches in good repair
  • Maintain screens and plumbing in good working condition
  • Maintain facilities for heat in winter, running water, and hot water
  • Exterminate rodents, wood-destroying organisms, and vermin
  • Working smoke detection devices in each unit
